How does Private Tour service work?

Go VIP Orlando provides private tour guiding service through many local attractions. From the moment you contact us, we design and create a custom itinerary for your family, making sure your vacation experience is created to fit your family’s specific needs and wants. If your Go VIP Orlando experience includes tours in the local theme parks, we provide a local expert to guide your family through the parks. You can expect to experience all of the major park attractions with limited wait times, and we handle all your dining reservations, transportation arrangements and provide a level of customer service that is unparalleled by other companies.

Do we receive front-of-the-line access?

No, we do not have special front-of-the-line access privileges. However, our tour guides are experts on the theme parks and use the currents of the parks, along with systems like Disney’s FastPass+, to provide limited wait times for your family and ensure that you are able to experience the major attractions at the park with little to no waiting. Our goal is to be efficient with your time while also providing your family memories that will last a lifetime.

What is the average tour day like?

The average tour day in a theme park begins 45 minutes to an hour before the park opens to ensure optimal access to the park’s attractions and maximize your time in the park. While each tour is different, you can expect to hit all of the park’s major attractions by 3:00-4:00 p.m. (which includes an hour for a sit-down lunch), giving your family the opportunity to head back to the hotel for relaxation by the pool or a well-deserved break before beginning your nighttime activities.

How much does this service cost?

Our Private Tour service rates are seasonal and charged per hour for a group of up to 6 people. This rate includes your pre-planning custom itinerary that is built by Go VIP Orlando experts – you are only charged for your time on tour. The hourly rate also does not include gratuity, which is at your discretion. For seasonal pricing and parties of 7 or more, please use our information on the ‘Contact Us’ page to inquire about pricing for large groups or call us directly at 407-620-5678.

Will we receive a detailed itinerary before we arrive?

Yes! We will speak with you to get the pulse of your family before you even step foot in Orlando to find out what is important for you to experience while in the City Beautiful. We then build a custom itinerary for your family and make all transportation, ticket and dining arrangements for you, eliminating the stress on your family. Let us do the legwork, while you sit back and enjoy the vacation of a lifetime!

How do I pay?

Go VIP Orlando accepts most major credit cards and cash. A credit card is required to place a hold on your reservation. At the end of each day, your Go VIP Orlando guide will create an invoice for you based on your time spent in the park, at which time you can choose to pay via credit card or cash. All tour guides have a mobile app that will accept payment.

Do you guide for non-English speaking families?

Yes! We have guides fluent in Spanish, French and Portuguese, and we welcome clients of all nationalities and backgrounds.
